He kept letting me know how much I needed their services… even though I already have them. as a former C* installer, I can add this: ask them if they are gonna send an in-house tech or a contractor, tell them your friend had a contractor drag mud on their carpet and drilled through a water pipe. I love doing it at their exhibits at public events, (city carnival/fair) where people are around, they IMMEDIATELY start talking circles and trying to cover it, though it is a fact that it happens!
