Can legal documents be faxed and still be legally binding?
Real estate joint venture/partnership agreements-can you exchange this with a partner via FAX and the agreement still be legally binding if the signatures themselves are faxed on this agreement? Thanks

Yes, they CAN be. This is actually the PRIMARY reason Notary seals are no longer ‘embossed’ aka raised seals. No one could figure out how to fax the raised seal.
