What does "appearance" mean?
I am not sure what "appearance" means in the following sentence. Could someone please help me understand this?
Relationship of Parties. This Agreement will not be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, fiduciary duty, or any other form of legal association between You and the Company, and You will not represent to the contrary, whether expressly, by implication, appearance or otherwise.
This is what I understood:
It is talking about how you shall not implicate yourself as a partner of the company even by simple appearance, for example if you were to attend social gathering you are making an appearance, and you may not implicate yourself as a legal associate of the company..

It means everything..

You can’t imply by your appearance (how you look, dress, etc.) that there is a partnership between you and "the Company" ??? I think? If you can understand the rest of the legal jargon, then that shouldn’t trouble you too much
