Well to start out I want to explain what it means to be an affiliate of a certain company. By definition affiliate means- A person, organization, or establishment associated with another as a subordinate, subsidiary, or member

This basically means that you are associated with Comany X and you refer people to that company through whichever means available. Affiliates get paid money every time they refer a customer,prospect, and/or distributor into a certain company. It doesnt necessarily have to be a company though

So as an example lets say that I finished writing a book and I am selling a lot but Im not satisfied. What I can do is turn my book into a referral affiliate program. What I mean by this is that I will let other people sell my book for me and I will give them a percentage of the sale. So if I sold my book for $50 and I offered my affiliates 75% commission, they would receive $37.50 every time that they sell one of my books. Now remember this is just an example. There are many many referral affiliate programs out there and some are dishonest others are honest and some are just superb. It is just up to you to do some experimentation with them to see what you like the best.

Now back to the question of What are referral affiliate programs and how can I benefit from them?

By now you probably have an idea of why they will benefit you but you dont really have the how..

The city and a major window manufacturer form a joint venture to make and install energy-saving windows. This partnership company will come to your house or business, measure all windows and glass doors, and then replace them with windows with an R-8 to R-12 energy-efficiency rating. You will receive a $500 check upon installation, and you will pay for the windows over a 10-15 year period in your utility or tax bill. The windows will cost the home or business owner nothing. The city will pay for them initially with industrial development bonds. The factory will train and employ 300 disadvantaged people. The old windows will be completely recycled and reused. When the city if reglazed, the residents and businesses will pocket and extra $20-30 million every year in money saved on utility bills. The factory, designed to be transportable, will move to another city; the first city will retain an equity interest in the venture.
Details on the window recycling:

The glass melted into glass, the wooden frames ground up and mixed with recycled resins that are extruded to make the casements.

If it sounds too good to be true it probably is. If you own the building where the windows are to be installed, it sounds good. If you are too poor to own anything, renting, working part time for minimum wage, etc. you will be paying just as much through your utility bill as the millionaire across town who owns the building you live in. Also, what will it do for the local businessman who has spent his life working in town replacing windows. Does this put him and his workers on the unemployment list?

What are the Reasons Why Network Marketers Should Use Funded Proposal Systems to Build Their Mlm?

I currently utilize funded proposal systems to help me to grow my network marketing business. There are five reasons why you should utilize funded proposal systems to build your network marketing programs.1. To generate an immediate gross retail profit on the front-end through the sale of a marketing system and/or an informational product which is related to network marketing.2. To utilize the sales of marketing systems and/or informational products which are related to network marketing as a pre-qualifier for your network marketing program.  3. Sift and sort through your prospects for you so that you only spend your valuable time with the best ones. 4. To gain further education from  about how to utilize different types of internet marketing strategies in order to grow my business. 5. Pre-sell your prospects for you through educational marketing and continue the follow-up process with them.  I will now go into further detail about each of the reasons listed above for utilizing funded proposal systems to grow your network marketing program.

 

1. Generate an immediate upfront retail profit, or, monetize your activity.

 

What I mean by “monetize” is you want your marketing and all your other business activities to pay for themselves.  You don’t want to have to be dipping into your own personal reserves to fund your business.  A good way to look at it is this: Monetization is the process of turning what are otherwise typical business expenses into sources of profit instead.  Now, the main activity we need to talk about monetizing is prospecting.  Can you imagine what it would be like if people actually PAID YOU to prospect them?

 

This is not an exaggeration or some kind of tricky play on words.  It is 100% reality when you learn how to do this business right.  Here’s the situation:  The large majority of network marketers are taught to do things completely backwards by trying to market their business opportunity first.  The reason this doesn’t work is because our business opportunities are really back-end products.  Meaning, they should only be offered to people who are already our clients.  Trying to sell them to people on the front-end creates two major problems that almost guarantee failure before you even get started:

 

A business opportunity is way too difficult to sell as an up-front product.  Unless your conversion rates are very high, there usually isn’t enough initial profit from selling your opportunity to fund your business.  You can’t make money fast enough to even survive (let alone grow).  Okay, what do I mean business opportunities are too difficult to sell up-front?  Well the reason back-end products are back-end products is because very frequently they require a bigger commitment and carry a higher price tag than the initial sale.  Not always, but definitely in our case.  Trying to sell them to someone immediately can be difficult even with the best marketing strategies, never mind poor ones.  However, by making them back-end products they become much easier to sell (provided the initial product delivered).  It’s kind of a catch-22, but it’s all because of the believability factor. 

 

If you’ve got a satisfied customer who’s already bought from you, you’ve established trust and eliminated their skepticism.  This model is how all passively profitable businesses are built.  You get the customer in the door with an irresistible and inexpensive offer and then you offer them more products and services on the back-end. The biggest issue is that the large majority of people go broke trying to self-fund their business.  The commissions they receive from the tiny organization they do manage to build can’t even come close to catching up with all their expenses.  This is the #2 reason why a large percentage of network marketers end up quitting.  They simply run out of money.  You see, the truth of the matter is that the residual income from your organization is just one source of income for you.  Or at least that’s the way it should be.  And you should think of your business opportunity as just one of multiple products that you have to offer customers.  A majority of people look at the checks from their primary network marketing company as their only revenue stream in MLM, but you really need other kinds as well.  With the way this business is normally built (depending 100% on the long-term income).  it’s not just challenging it’s almost a mathematical impossibility for the average distributor to build their business and turn a profit fast enough.

 

What many people fail to take into account is that just like any other type of business, running a network marketing program requires an ongoing marketing budget.  You need to do mass marketing for your business in order to generate a large amount of leads.  There are a lot of excellent free marketing strategies for generating traffic and leads, but there are many effective paid marketing strategies as well.  Add on to that super-expensive company events, opportunity leads, training and self-development, monthly auto-ship requirements, personal use of products, and before you know it you can’t keep up with your monthly credit card bill anymore.  It is simply a lack of cashflow. And your residual commissions are not able to provide you with the cashflow you need.  And in all honesty, it could be that the commission checks from your downline may never be big enough to cover all the marketing you do.  It’s entirely possible to spend $10,000+ per month on marketing for a decent size organization.  This is why it is imperative that your marketing brings you an immediate return by selling your products an inexpensive marketing system and/or informational product which is related to network marketing.

 

2. To utilize the sales of marketing systems and/or informational products which are related to network marketing as a pre-qualifier for your network marketing program.

 

You use your funded proposal systems as pre-qualifiers for your network marketing program.  What I mean by this is if a person is unwilling to invest at least a little bit of money on a marketing system and/or informational product which can teach them about building their network marketing program then you should decide that the prospect is not worth your time.  If somebody is unwilling to spend a little bit of money on there network marketing education then they are not serious prospects.  A person must learn first how to become successful in a network marketing program before they can actually become successful despite the belief by some network marketers that anybody can get into a MLM and make a lot of money quickly without getting the proper training.

 

3. Sift and sort through your prospects for you so that you only spend your valuable time with the best ones.

 

If we have to be constantly bringing in people ourselves this means we literally have to be prospecting thousands of people because all prospecting is is sifting and sorting.  This whole process has to be automated.  You have to have a system that does this preliminary sifting and sorting for you so that you only end up spending your time with the most qualified prospects possible.  There may still be some sorting and qualifying to do with the people you do end up talking with, but it’s totally different.  If your marketing system has done its job, you’re not qualifying them to find out who’s interested, you’re qualifying them to find out who will be your best potential business partners and who’s going to be worth you putting more time into.

 

4. To gain further education from  about how to utilize different types of internet marketing strategies in order to grow my business.

 

Funded proposal systems whether it is a marketing system and/or an informational product is usually educating the person on how to utilize different internet marketing strategies whether it is free marketing strategies or paid marketing strategies.  There are often new informational products which come out that gives new information to network marketers about marketing which was previously unknown to them.

 

5. Pre-sell your prospects for you through educational marketing and continue the follow-up process with them.

 

Okay, now think about this.  The whole reason you and I do network marketing is to get leverage through other people right?  We have to earn money off the efforts of others because we can only make so much with a linear income where everything depends solely on us.  1 percent of the efforts of 100 people is better than 100 percent of our own efforts, right?  But let’s take it a step further.  What about 10 percent of the efforts of 100 people? Or how about 20 percent?  We’ve got to think bigger than the norm if we really want to make a lot of money.  If you have have a system that allows you to sell to people in mass quantities  there is no limit to how many people you can bring into your business.  All celings are lifted.
