ClickBank is the Internet’s leading retailer of digital products.  You can search for your niche and find products that relate to your niche.  If you are satisfied with the products then you can contact the creator of the product to set up a Joint Venture partnership.</p>
<p>However, you may find that all the products in your niche on ClickBank are of low quality.  They are so low quality that you feel promoting these products would tarnish your reputation in your niche.  What should you do?  Create a product of your own!  The presence of low quality products demonstrates the need for a better product.  You can create this product and crush your competition in the process.  </p>
<p>What product should you create?  You can create a book or eBook.  It may seem like a daunting process, but is in fact easy.  You can create an audio of the contents of the book and then turn this content into a book or eBook.  </p>
<p>Why should you create a new product?  One reason is tat you will be selling your own product and will take all the profit instead of a 50-50 split in a Joint Venture partnership.  Meanwhile, you will have other Internet entrepreneurs clamoring down your door asking to start a Joint Venture with you.</p>
<p>Now let’s take a look at affiliates.  The big question about affiliates involves figuring out ways to get people to sign up to be your affiliate.  The sad fact about many affiliates is that they don’t really sell any of your products.  Either the incentive is not high enough to constantly promote your product or they just simply won’t put forth the effort.  Therefore, many times you won’t make much money from affiliates.</p>
<p>However, there is a way to conquer the low sales through affiliates.  The key is to get your affiliates involved.  People love to be a part of something and are more apt to promote your product if they are invested in the entire process.  </p>
<p>For example, let your affiliates know that you have a new product coming out.  Let them know explicitly what your goals are for this product.  Also provide a specific date of when the product will be launched.  Enroll people into your idea so they sign up as affiliates and sent out an email for your product.  You need to put a deadline or date; otherwise affiliates won’t take the initiative to sell your product.  Running a contest is also an effective way to garner affiliates.</p>

<p>ABSTRACT</p>
<p>Internet searching and advertising increasingly plays a role in consumer decisions and purchases, yet pertinent information for making value-judgments is currently awkward to ferret out and certainly not universally accessible or useful. There is rarely a feedback loop aligning vendor or manufacturer&#8217;s environmental, social or governance policies with a shopper&#8217;s values, so shoppers, over time, rarely cause industries to change their behavior.</p>
<p>There needs to be a way for shoppers to aim their purchasing power at achieving social values of highest regional priority. There needs to be a way to accumulate and redeem &amp;quot;social values rewards&amp;quot;. What&#8217;s missing is timely and impactful analysis of a candidate purchases&#8217; impact on the Shopper&#8217;s family, region and planet (expressed according to their values), so that the purchaser can more easily make informed purchasing decisions.</p>
<p>With some modifications to Google ads and Google product search, Google could solidify the feedback loop and help consumers, by their actions, build a greener and better world.</p>

<p>Bruce Cahan is an Ashoka Fellow, a social entrepreneur, a non-residential fellow of Stanford Law School&#8217;s Center for Internet and Society, a lawyer, and a banker.</p>
<p>In 1989, a steam pipe exploded outside his apartment building, spraying the neighborhood with 220 pounds of asbestos wrapping in an 18-story geyser of steam for several hours. After that, Bruce foresaw New York City&#8217;s need for geospatial preparedness, and founded Urban Logic, a New York nonprofit, to make America&#8217;s cities safer and sustainable. Bruce convinced New York to fund and build a multi-agency GIS basemap.<br />
    As a bond lawyer, he found $20+ million in the City&#8217;s capital budget to pay for its GIS utility.<br />
NYC&#8217;s basemap was completed just 6 months before the tragic events of September 11th, 2001, and aided in coordinated response and recovery. In the months after September 11th, Bruce joined others at the City&#8217;s Command Center to organize and staff its Emergency Mapping and Data Center. His team supplied the Mayor&#8217;s Office, Fire, Police, EMS, military, public health, environment, news and other groups with up-to-date maps of rapidly changing conditions at Ground Zero and throughout Manhattan. Bruce was the catalyst for deploying OpenGIS&#8217;<br />
SensorWeb project to monitor environmental conditions citywide, and other innovations.</p>
<p>   Taking 9/11&#8242;s lessons, Bruce designed the federal OMB&#8217;s I-Team Initiative to strategically plan and implement spatial readiness across 49 states. Bruce&#8217;s knowledge of finance, law and organizational barriers to spatial awareness and urban innovation comes from researching and writing major studies for the federal government, including . Financing the National Spatial Data Infrastructure (FGDC 2000) . Aligning Investments in Environmental Monitoring and Management Information Systems (EPA 2002) . The Value Proposition for GeoSpatial One Stop (OMB 2004) . A Regional Portfolio Investor&#8217;s Toolkit (USGS 2006)</p>
<p>In 2005, Bruce moved to Silicon Valley to organize two market-driven mechanisms that support urban sustainability. The first he calls the Means MeterTM, a tool for socially-purposeful consumers to buy products that reflect their values. The second is a bank that amplifies the sustainable impacts of Means MeterTM consumers and their vendors. The bank will reward choices that grow Sustainable ResiliencyTM. Bruce&#8217;s bank would serve consumers, businesses, NGOs and governments. The bank would offer credit, insurance, investment and merchant banking services, and scale pricing and interest rates based on each customer&#8217;s impact on Sustainable ResiliencyTM.</p>
<p>Bruce graduated from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Temple Law School. <br />The best network marketing company for you should be one that has characteristics that are necessary for YOUR SUCCESS, not the company&#8217;s success but YOUR SUCCESS. The best  network marketing company must have at least 5 critical success factors in place in order to be a “good” company to consider joining. </p>
<p>Here are the five critical success factors that must be in place before you join any Network Marketing Company.</p>
<p>1.Does the company management have personal experience building their own networking    organization?  Have they done it with Integrity?<br />
a.) Search Google for the owners of the company. Check these two websites:  http://www.MLMwatchdog.com and http://www.imreportcard.com<br />
b.) Do the owners have Integrity?  Add the word &#8216;Scam&#8217; to your search.<br />
c.) Do the owners have a Corporate background or an in-the-field Network Marketing background?<br />
d.) Read your &quot;Policies &amp; Procedures&quot; and &quot;Terms &amp; Conditions&quot;; both are part of your legal            Contract<br />
     i.) Look for the word &quot;Ongoing&quot;.<br />
    ii) Look for policies that strike you as &quot;Unreasonable&quot;.  Like &quot;Termination, with or without cause&quot;<br />
  iii.) Ask yourself &quot;Does this contract protect me or the company?&quot; &quot;Is it clear which way it leans?&quot;<br />
   v.) Rules of Thumb:<br />
       • The longer the contract, the greater the possibility that the policies important to you<br />
          are being hidden in &quot;Legalese&quot;! </p>
<p>2: Has the company passed the &quot;early failure&quot; Time Line?  Are the company&#8217;s Products timed with the beginning of a massive trend of consumer demand?<br />
a.) Beware of &quot;ground floor opportunities&quot; and start-up companies. 99% of companies don&#8217;t last two years.<br />
b.) Avoid companies which have passed beyond their &quot;momentum phase&quot; and have become household names. (The realistic potential for big growth is gone) </p>
<p>3:  Does the company have a Remarkable product at a reasonable price?<br />
a.  All MLM companies have a good product. But, there are others available that are just as good!<br />
     i.) It should be competitively priced.<br />
b.) Warnings:<br />
     i.)   If the product would not sell without the business opportunity attached, it is ILLEGAL.<br />
     ii.)  If you can&#8217;t pay with a credit card and Must pay by cash or money order, it is ILLEGAL.<br />
     iii.) If distributors collect the money while the company stays at arm&#8217;s length, it is ILLEGAL.<br />
     iv.) If you MUST have a Retail Merchant&#8217;s account, the company is SCAMMING YOU.<br />
     v.)  When you begin to justify your product to someone, You become a salesperson. </p>
<p>4:  Does the Compensation Plan Pay Part-Timers?<br />
a.) 95% of networkers are part-time people. The plan should ensure that people can make a decent income working a few hours per week.<br />
b.) Beware of companies that advertise how many millionaires they have created. Make sure it&#8217;s not at the expense of those &quot;at the bottom&quot;.  Everyone should be able to benefit.<br />
c.)Take the Comp Plan Test &#8211; Ask yourself this question:<br />
&quot;How many people do I need on my Team to earn a recurring income check of $500 per  month?&quot;<br />
There are companies out there that require as many as 500 and as few as 20. If your up-line won&#8217;t or can&#8217;t answer this basic question, You should Run.<br />
d.) If a company stresses &quot;Recruit, Recruit, Recruit!&quot;, You should &quot;Run, Run, Run!&quot;  </p>
<p>5:  Does your Mentor offer a System for Success that will work for You?<br />
a.) The team you join must have a system in place that will work for everyone who uses it.<br />
b.) There must be complete resources available; books, videos and audios explaining the system.<br />
c.) Personal development should have a big emphasis in the system. This is a relationship business, the more you know about yourself, the better you&#8217;ll relate to your clients and customers.</p>

<p>A major joint initiative between the Toronto Police Service (TPS), the Toronto Police Services Board (TPSB), and the Ontario Human Rights Commission (OHRC) to bring about institutional change in combating racism and discrimination celebrates a new milestone. </p>
<p>An event celebrating the projects completion is being held today at 11:50 a.m, at St. Lawrence Hall.</p>
<p>Toronto Mayor David Miller will be the keynote speaker.</p>
<p>The Human Rights Project Charter, launched in 2007, arose out of a need to address human rights concerns about police that were being brought before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. The three−year project involved a working group of staff from each of the three organizations. </p>
<p>Their task was to look at human rights issues in the employment policies and<br />
the delivery of police services. In particular, the working group examined recruitment, selection, promotion &amp;retention, police learning, accountability and public education. A series of strategies to deal with each area was developed. The partners agree that, through research, analysis, dialogue and the exchange of new ideas, real progress has been achieved in all these areas.</p>
<p>&#8220;This unique project has enabled the Toronto Police Service to learn a great deal about how it can deliver its services in a fair, equitable and bias−free manner and respond better to, and reflect, the communities it serves,&#8221; Chief Bill Blair said. &#8220;I am confident that the relationships we have established through this partnership will be long−lasting as we continue to work<br />
together to provide quality policing services to all Torontonians.&#8221;</p>
<p>Toronto Police Services Board Chair Alok Mukherjee said: &#8220;We are proud of this Project Charter and the cooperative way in which we have all established productive working relationships with the Ontario Human Rights Commission. Our efforts through this joint venture will ensure that the Toronto Police Service continues to provide effective policing that is accountable and sensitive to community needs,&#8221; Mukherjee said. &#8220;The benefits of this<br />
project will no doubt continue to be felt for years to come.&#8221;</p>
<p>Chief Commissioner Barbara Hall said: &#8220;I am delighted with the many positive results that have come out of this unique partnership project and the constructive steps that the Toronto Police Service and the Toronto Police Services Board have taken to address human rights concerns. </p>
<p>While there is still work to do, this project serves as an ideal example of how such partnerships can help others also create a culture of human rights within their organizations.&#8221;</p>
