Which is the best site to increase free traffic for my website?
I want to increase traffic of my website. But i am looking for free or low rate service site which can do it. Please help me find it out. Target is 30k per month.
There are lots of ways to get free and low cost traffic to your website. Here are things you can try:
Write some articles and submit them to www.ezinearticles.com, goarticles.com (and many others – you can do a google search to find the most popular ones).
Post comments on similar websites with a link back to your site (make sure your comment is interesting, helpful, etc.)
Post on forums related to what your website is about (you can find forums by using google search). Make sure to put a link to your site in your signature line, and read the forum rules carefully!
Post an ad about your website on www.craigslist.com, backpage.com, US Free Ads (make sure to read the rules about posting ads first!)
Social Bookmarking – you can set up a free account at onlywire.com, then sign up for the bookmarking sites on there. Also sign up for a Digg account at digg.com
Social Networking – Facebook and MySpace are very popular and could bring you a lot more traffic. Set up accounts on each, join some groups related to your site and participate in them, send friend requests out to others with sites related to yours. And then there’s also Twitter. Set up an account and start following people who’s sites relate to yours. There is an inexpensive course/guide you can get that shows you how to get lots of traffic using twitter. Make sure that you don’t promote too much on Twitter though (read the rules!).
